This was an added online platform to help people build a wider supportive community. It was important to create a service which allows users to express their true emotions and feelings to support each other, when they may not feel comfortable speaking to others about it face to face. This app also uses other interactive methods by using mood emojis and a filter, which easily helps the audience to interact in other ways.
